Production Foreman
As the **Foreman** , you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating production activities, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for leading multiple teams, managing resources, and ensuring all FRP products are produced on schedule and to specifications. You will also be tasked with training, developing, and maintaining a safe and clean production floor. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Production Floor Management:** + Supervise and coordinate all production activities at various stages. + Direct and support Lamination and Winding Crews, as well as other supporting teams. + Ensure on-time completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. + Manage the ordering of raw materials and consumables. + Oversee the maintenance of equipment and machinery. + Train, develop, and evaluate crew members for continuous improvement. + **Quality Control:** + Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. + Monitor production steps to reduce defects and ensure the accuracy of work. + Implement quality control protocols and standards in line with production goals. + **Safety & Compliance:** + Enforce safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment. + Ensure the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials. + Follow and enforce company policies and industry safety regulations. + **Documentation:** + Complete necessary production logs and documentation as required by the company. **Requirements:** + **Experience:** + Minimum 8 years of experience in FRP manufacturing. + At least 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment. + **Technical Knowledge:** + Strong understanding of FRP materials, methods, and manufacturing processes. + Expertise in the proper handling and mixing of composite materials. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints. + **Skills:** + Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. + Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. + Ability to enforce a safety-first approach in the production environment. + **Health & Safety:** + Must not be allergic to fiberglass materials or chemicals. + Ability to work overtime if required. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). **Why Join Us?** + **Competitive Compensation:** We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. + **Career Growth:** We are committed to providing opportunities for growth and development. + **Safe Work Environment:** We prioritize safety and ensure all team members are working in a secure environment. + **Great Team:** Join a dedicated team of professionals who value teamwork, quality, and innovation. **Pay Details:** $34.00 to $38.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
