Aerotek has IMMEDIATE openings for **Entry Level Production Workers** with a growing manufacturing facility in Thornton, CO. Join a dynamic production team and contribute to a seamless manufacturing process in a role that promises long-term opportunities and career growth. + In this role, you will work in groups of 2 - 3 team members, engaging with both automated and manual machinery to fill, cap, and box products. + You will be part of a cohesive unit, rotating stations but generally moving with the same team to package finished goods, print labels, assist with pot changes, and palletize boxed goods for shipment. + Candidates MUST be comfortable working in a **fast-paced environment.** **Job Responsibilities:** + Machine set up + Fill bottles or other product containers using tube filling machines + Cap bottles + Ensure products meet high-quality standards + Package finished goods + Print labels + Palletize finished boxed goods for shipment **Qualifications:** + Machine Operation Experience + Mixing/Formulating Experience + Ability to consistently lift or move items up to 50lbs. + Capability to stand for 8-10 hours a day. + Flexibility to rotate through different stations and adapt to various tasks. + Teamwork and the ability to work well with a consistent group. + Attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to work mandatory overtime on Fridays **Shift & Pay:** + 2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday 3PM - 1:30AM - $21/hr **** mandatory overtime on FRIDAYS might be required **** **Benefits:** + Weekly pay + Health, dental and vision insurance + Life insurance + 401k + Paid sick time + Employee discounts + Overtime + Great culture **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
