OBJECTIVE:
Responsible of the production of the prefabrication and paint area for the SSV production in Jrz, the general supervisor has to lead a team of supervisor to ensure the quality and efficiency of the products delivered internally.

EDUCATION

Bachelor degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or other engineering degree.Other certification related to Lean manufacturing is a plus as well as a master degree.

EXPERIENCE
 5-10 years in a manufacturing (Operation, engineering, quality...)Language (Spoken and written):Spanish 100%

-Manage the production activities to deliver products on time and quality to meet KPI with all areas involved.
-Lead, ensure and maintain an environment in compliance with Health and Safety standards.
-Develop and maintain a strong Lean manufacturing mindset and behaviors in all levels of the team.
-Responsible for the cost effectiveness and budget performance of the department.
