**Job Title: Production Helper** **Job Description** This is a general labor position where the contractor will assist either secondary operators or roll forming machine operators. **Responsibilities** + Help with setup, load, and/or unload parts from the production line. + Deburr all formed parts that come from the machine operator. + Perform quality checks on parts. + Use hand tools to unload and load parts. + Pack finished goods for shipping. **Essential Skills** + Experience with fabrication, operation, steel, labor, deburring, loading, and unloading. + Previous labor experience is required. + Industrial experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Machine operating experience is a plus. + Deburring experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a laid-back and relaxed management style as long as the job is done well. **Work Environment** The work is conducted in a manufacturing environment that can be hot or cold at times.
