**Job Title: Production Helper (Chrome Department)** **Job Description** Assist with chrome plating operations. Place parts on racks to be dipped into chemical solutions. Operate robots to dip racks of parts and add chrome plating finishes to parts. Take parts off of racks and transport to the next department on the production line. Use bead blasting machines to prep parts prior to chrome plating. Inspect parts for quality. Use a computer to track work completed. Will work around chemicals. The chrome plating area has a light chemical smell to it, so people sensitive to smells may not be the best fit for this department. Currently hiring for the day shift in the chrome department. Pay and shift details are as follows: Day: $18.00 Day: 7:30am-4:00pm **Hard Skills** + Manufacturing + Assembly + Machine operation **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 30 Day(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Portland, Oregon. **Work Environment** They will be working in a large manufacturing environment. It can be louder and will require them to wear ear plugs.
