What you will do

The Production Information Analyst is a critical role within our materials team. You will be responsible for data analysis in support of providing customer service and our sales teams accurate information regarding production schedules. You will also be responsible for coordinating hot shipper jobs with Master Scheduling and our Operations teams.  The Production Information Analyst will be responsible for working with many different partners to understand the problem, identify the solution, and execute bringing the solution to implementation. 

What you will do

 Coordinate expedited customer jobsites to our production plan

Analyze and communicate missed production to the CSR team with root cause and corrective action (either past due production or pending reschedule due to known parts shortages, fabrication needs or production related issues)

Work with purchasing on ETA for missing parts to communicate to Production Scheduling and the CSR team, escalate to Procurement where needed

Interact with Sales team and Customer service on requests to improve production date or delivery – contact Plant Manager for approval, coordinate change with Master Schedulers

Assist in the master scheduling process and rescheduling production plans as needed

Request approval from Buyers of material on all change requests related to an already scheduled production order or a drop in order (Schedule Change Request)

Help Manage QC hold list and the Ship Complete Report for communication between production and Sales/Customer Service

What we look for

Experience as Materials Analyst, Production Scheduling or Customer Service in a manufacturing environment 

University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience working in SAP with Sales and Distribution or Warehouse Management or Materials Management  

Excellent analytical skills

Excellent communication –verbal and written 

Ability to manage multiple projects in busy work environment

Ability to work in team setting with close cross collaboration with supporting work groups across business (Purchasing, Production, Receiving, Customer Service Representatives) 

Experience with Microsoft business applications (Teams, Excel, Word. Power Point)
