Job Responsibilities Production IT Your Tasks: Ensure hardware and software installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance, including networking systems and IT security measures in the production environment. Perform system diagnostics, fault analysis, and preventive maintenance for control, IT, and network systems to optimize production processes. Manage data backup, system documentation, and implement automation solutions for production-related IT systems. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for resolving system errors, implementing new IT solutions, and maintaining access control rights. Oversee IT rollouts, monitor IT security, and maintain central IT systems, including Whitelisting, AV systems, and production network components.

 

Your Profile: Experienced IT Engineer with 3-5 years of expertise in hardware, software, and networking system maintenance. Skilled in troubleshooting, system optimization, and implementing IT security measures for production environments. Proficient in system documentation, data management, and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Strong coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and IT departments for seamless system integration. Adept in implementing rollouts, maintaining IT security systems, and managing production network access and infrastructure.
