This position is on 3rd Shift and starting pay is $20.50/hr. Operates production equipment for processing cell sexing technology.  Perform daily tasks as defined by production needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain production operations of assigned cell sexing workstationFollow Standard Operating Procedures and maintain lab documentationLearn other ancillary processes throughout the production lab as business needs necessitate, such as but not limited to:Fhil Centrifuge/tubes tableSample makingDish roomIncoming quality controlTroubleshoot issues that arise. Communicate issues with appropriate personnel (leads, supervisors, manager, or support group).Provide ideas for improvement in the work environment (relentless improvement and/or RIB cards).All other duties as assigned. Requirements Must possess a valid driver’s license.Must possess High School diploma or equivalent; Post-High School education or experience within a production laboratory setting is preferred.Ability to lift/transfer 46 lbs. frequently.Strong attention to detail and focus on maintaining the highest level of quality at all times.Ability to perform basic math skills.Ability to utilize a computer, keyboard and mouse to accomplish work tasks (includes but is not limited to the ability to look at computer monitor screens for the entirety of assigned shift).Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time.Ability to work well within a team environment.Ability to maintain professional verbal and written communications with co-workers, internal and external customers, and vendors at all times.Experience in a laboratory or equivalent production environment is preferred.
