**Job Title: Production Labor** **Job Description** Routinely use cutting shears and precision measuring tools in the production process to produce first part and regular production parts in a timely manner with minimal to no supervision. Work on manufacturing assignments per written procedures where the ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. This position requires an ability to get along well with co-workers within a team environment. **Hard Skills** + Lifting up to 30 lbs + Reading a tape measure (fractions and basic math skills) + Using hand tools to fabricate parts **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Hand dexterity **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in McMinnville, Oregon. **Work Environment** Working in a manufacturing environment with variable environmental conditions within the plant, such as temperature instability and atmospheric conditions including fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, or vapors.
