The role requires working a significant amount of overtime and optional weekend work. Responsibilities include sanding, deburring, grinding, and prepping parts and materials, manually moving materials within the shop, using hand and power tools, assisting with machine operating duties, and maintaining housekeeping and area upkeep. You will be cross-trained in different departments and will be on your feet all day performing various production and labor-intensive tasks.
