**Job Title: Production Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Production Laborer to join our team. This role involves physically demanding work, including hand stacking concrete blocks, grinding, and palletizing. The position offers a dynamic work environment where you will be responsible for ensuring product quality and assisting with machine maintenance. **Responsibilities** + Hand stack concrete blocks, grind for a polished finish, and feed blocks onto a conveyor for tumbling. + Manually offload and stack products onto pallets. + Quality inspect concrete blocks for defects such as chips or cracks. + Discard bad products in a scrap bin and assist with palletizing and wrapping finished goods. + Perform lockout and tag out under supervision and assist with general machine and shop maintenance. + Change out molds and colors, sweep and shovel gravel, and clean under the conveyor belt. + Fill bags with dirt, tie, and stack them on pallets; sweep and clean up gravel. + Lift and palletize 50-70lb bags of sand on the Tube Sand line. + Work quickly and efficiently to meet production quotas, with performance monitored by the number of pallets completed. **Essential Skills** + General production and stacking experience. + Mechanical aptitude and maintenance skills. + Ability to perform repetitive tasks and meet production quotas. + Lockout tag out and safety mindset. + Experience in forklift operation, concrete handling, and construction. + Physical capability to lift 50-70lb bags consistently throughout the shift. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in manufacturing or physical labor. + Mechanical aptitude is highly advantageous for future advancement opportunities. + Self-motivation and the ability to work quickly and independently. + Reliability and a strong work ethic. **Why Work Here?** This role offers consistent pay increases and bonus opportunities, with the potential to earn higher wages within 6 months to a year.
