**Production Lead** **2nd Shift** **Oceanside, CA!** **Job Description** The Production Lead is the primary point of contact for all production and assembly activities during your shift. Your responsibilities will include maintaining product and process quality according to internal, industry, and customer standards. You will oversee employee adherence to company policies and safety rules, provide daily updates to management about equipment and personnel, and maintain machinery. Additionally, you will assist machine operators, provide training, resolve production issues, and perform other production-related tasks as needed. **Responsibilities** + Leads and is the go to person for production and assembly activities on assigned 2nd shift, including lead-level supervision of employees and processes. + Maintain product and process quality compliant to internal, industry, and customer quality standards. + Oversee employee compliance with company policies and procedures; report any noncompliance to supervisor. + Ensure employees comply with safety rules daily. + Provide management with updates on equipment and shift personnel daily. + Maintain machines and adjust as needed daily/as needed. + Assist machine operators with production daily/as needed. + Provide training to machine operators as needed. + Resolve production issues that occur on shift within scope of responsibility as needed. + Assist with facilities tasks and other production-related tasks as needed as needed. + Other duties as assigned by management. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 3-5 years of assembly/manufacturing experience; lead-person or supervisory experience preferred. + Bilingual in English/Spanish required. + Math skills sufficient to perform basic calculations for equipment and machinery. + Knowledge of manufacturing equipment. + Schedule Flexible; may work different hours as required. **_If you are interested and qualified, please apply directly with your updated resume!_** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
