As a Production Lead you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tOperate packaging machines (fillers, case packers, labelers).\r\n\tLoad and unload trucks.\r\n\tCheck product quality (fill levels, weights, appearance).\r\n\tFollow production schedules from the Production Operation Manager.\r\n\tSupervise production line workers to ensure they follow procedures and meet quality standards.\r\n\tEnsure safety and environmental rules are followed.\r\n\tPromote a safe work environment.\r\n\tOversee the use of manufacturing equipment.\r\n\tMaintain and repair equipment, coordinating with vendors and onsite porter as needed.\r\n\tEnsure high-quality products and meet department goals.\r\n\tFollow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a Full-Time 1st Shift Opportunity.

\r\n\r\n

Pay Rate: $22-26/hr

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tPrevious lead experience supervising a team \r\n\tOperate packaging machines (fillers, case packers, labelers).\r\n\tLoad and unload trucks.\r\n\tSit Down Forklift Experience\r\n\tCheck product quality (fill levels, weights, appearance).\r\n\tFollow production schedules from the Production Operation Manager.\r\n\tSupervise production line workers to ensure they follow procedures and meet quality standards.\r\n\tEnsure safety and environmental rules are followed.\r\n\tPromote a safe work environment.\r\n\tOversee the use of manufacturing equipment.\r\n\tMaintain and repair equipment, coordinating with vendors and onsite porter as needed.\r\n\tEnsure high-quality products and meet department goals.\r\n\tFollow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\r\n\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
