**Job Title: Production Lead** **Job Description** Developing team members (which would be pairing a junior person up with a tenured person to train them) monitoring quality (if the product fails inspection, making sure to understand the defect, retraining the team and monitoring the performance of that operator on future projects. Attend meetings for daily direction. Manage metrics. Onboard new employees. Collaborate with our supervisors. Talk with employees, resolve issues, manage attendance. **Qualifications:** + Managing team of 8-10 employees + Manufacturing production experience + Soldering experience preferred but it’s more important that you understand manufacturing and the most important task is managing and developing the team. **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position. Benefits available while on contract. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Havana, Florida. **Work Environment** Climate-controlled electronics manufacturer.
