**Job Title: Production Lead** **Job Description** Oversee daily operations by managing and adjusting production activities to ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate work schedules, assign tasks, and manage schedules for production team members. Ensure quality standards by monitoring the manufacturing process to ensure products meet quality criteria. Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Troubleshoot and promptly resolve production issues. Collaborate with other departments to improve production performance, train new production workers, and supervise existing staff. Implement and optimize production methodologies and practices.
