**Production Lead** **3rd Shift** **Oceanside, CA!** **Job Description** The Production Lead is responsible for the essential functions that keep the Pack Out department running. They will oversee the overall quality and performance of their assigned area. The Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating the team. This is a working lead role, overseeing around 8 production employees. **Responsibilities** + Loading HPP torpedoes. + Unloading HPP torpedoes. + Standing Bottles up on conveyors. + Running the Jet Coder to date bottles, packaging, etc. + Making/pre-building boxes. + Bringing in fiber/packaging materials for the lines. + General labor related to the Bottling, HPP, Packaging, and Pack Out process. + General labor related to shipping/pack-out/receiving/inventory, etc. + Building pallets, lifting, moving/stacking cases up to 50 lbs. + Assisting with pre-shifts/stretches/passdowns. + Making sure carriers are full to help conserve water. + Complete monthly safety tailgates. + Adhere to SOP, SSOP, GMP, and HACCP guidelines when in the plant. + Regular and reliable attendance. + Oversee and direct team on productivity goals through daily meetups. + Ensure operators complete HPP forms accurately. + Accurately update and track Pack Out documentation. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of Production Lead with direct reports (Production line experience - Food and beverage ideal but not required). + Ability to assess training needs and develop relevant content. + Ability to work well under time constraints and prioritize work to meet commitments/deadlines. + Ability to work cross-functional with other departments. + Must be able to work independently with moderate supervision. + Must be adaptable to changing production schedule and orders. + Strong communication skills - must be confident in addressing personal issues directly with employees and demonstrate leadership/coaching abilities. **_If you are interested and qualified, please apply directly with your updated resume!_** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
