Job Description
Lead the production team on the line, cross-trained on all production equipment/lines. Perform various tasks, including operating, setup/changeover, minor mechanical adjustments, and sanitizing of the production equipment. Complete Redzone quality checks and downtime accurately, as well as production paperwork.

Work Environment
The work environment is climate-controlled and very clean, following GMP due to the food products we handle. The production operator role operates from 6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. You must be able to lift 40 lbs to 60 lbs continuously while following proper safety protocols, and be able to bend, pull, reach, and twist for extended periods of time.
