Job Title: Production Lead
Job Description

The company specializes in print wrapping and labeling on cups, which includes various types of branding. This Production Lead role will oversee the area and ensure the machine prints labeling onto the cups efficiently. The ideal candidate will learn the machine's operations and become the primary person responsible for set ups, changeovers, and preventative maintenance. Additionally, this person will delegate tasks to other production associates involved in loading, unloading, packing, and palletizing the cups.

ResponsibilitiesOversee machine operations for printing labels on cups.Learn and understand the machine's functions and maintenance procedures.Manage set ups, changeovers, and preventative maintenance of the machine.Delegate tasks to production associates for loading, unloading, packing, and palletizing cups.Essential Skills3+ years of machine operating experience within manufacturing.Experience with set ups, changeovers, and preventative maintenance.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrinting press experience preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Non-climate controlled warehouse-type production facility spanning 30,000 square feet. The company is in growth mode and may expand to occupy the entire building within the next year. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lenexa, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
