**Job Title: Production Lead** **Job Description** Maintain and promote safety in all aspects of the facility on your shift. Accurately manage and report timekeeping, production, scrap/yields, and other required documentation. Communicate effectively with subordinates, peers, and the leadership team, as well as with various other departments and plants. Maintain strong work ethics and uphold all company policies and procedures. Motivate the team through encouragement and act as a positive role model for all plant team members. Mentor, train, coach, and develop staff so they are prepared to take on more responsibility as the company continues to grow.
