Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met Coordinate with other departments for material flow Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching to enhance productivity Troubleshoot issues, implement corrective actions, and minimize downtime Analyze data for trends, inefficiencies, and process improvement opportunities Lead projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
