**Aerotek is Hiring for a Production Lead!** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality inspection, garment production, and packing, and will be responsible for leading a team in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift between 40-50lbs, and the capability to sit or stand for 8 hours. **Responsibilities** + Quality inspection of garments and graphic transfers. + Pressing componentry in garments (decorating). + Counting and packing garments and transfers. + Following job operating procedures and guidelines. + Accurately and correctly filling out hourly production record-keeping sheets. + Accurately and correctly filling out quality records. + Using tools including craft picker hand tool, scales, rulers, and t-shirt ruler guide. + Performing manual activities including movement and storage of product, material, and pallets, and workstation supply replenishment. + Operating pallet jack and hand truck in a safe manner. + Learning and operating application machines and printing equipment. + Being cross-trained in different areas of production. + Monitoring and evaluating team members, adjusting training as needed. + Leading and influencing team members to achieve individual and business goals. + Acting as a liaison and representing the team in general interfacing with the rest of the organization. + Maintaining quality control processes to ensure products/services meet quality standards. + Assisting the manager with production flow, staffing schedule, and resources to budget and plan. + Communicating and monitoring key operational metrics. **Essential Skills** + High School Diploma or GED. + Ability to lift between 40-50lbs. + Ability to sit/stand for 8 hours. + Production experience. + General labor and warehouse experience. + Attention to detail. + Ability to read, write, and speak English or Spanish. + Willingness to learn and be open to on-the-job training. + Ability to operate manual pallet jack and hand tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with garment production. + Ability to use hand tools such as craft picker hand tool, scales, rulers, and t-shirt ruler guide. **Why Work Here?** We offer 13 paid holidays and 10 PTO days, along with medical, vision, dental, and life insurance. Steel-toed boots or sneakers are required, and baggy clothing or loose/hanging jewelry is not permitted. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liverpool, New York. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $24.50/hr.
