While reporting directly to the Supervisor, the following job description outlines the essential functions of each level of role within the Thermoforming department.  The following lists are not exhaustive, and the employee in each of these roles is expected to assume any and all duties assigned by management irrespective of whether such duties are specifically included in the following. 

What you'll be Doing :

Motivate, support, provide guidance to the production team.Maintain a clean and safe work area – responsible for completion of production documentation at the end of each shiftAdherence to all Safety and Operational proceduresAssess staffing levels daily and coordinate with other Team Leaders, Facilitators, and plant management to fill gaps.Determine job priorities for shift.Understand and address issues affecting downtime and efficiency.   Facilitate daily meetings with Dept manager to communicate information related to quality, safety, production, scheduling, metrics or other topics relevant to employees.Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of all forms.Ensure that all manufacturing processes and procedures are understood and followed.Ensure the safe working environment of all machines and ensure that proper guarding is in place. Assist with incident investigations as necessary. Ensure housekeeping duties are performed daily.Must be a team member of the emergency response team.Assist with implementation of safety initiatives and participates with safety observationsReport all unidentified non-conformances
