Overview

A Dunkin Restaurant Baker is generally responsible for preparing and baking product according to Dunkin Brands operational standard. We are looking for a person that is knowledgeable in baking, creative and truly enjoys baking.

MUST BE 18+ TO APPLY FOR JBOD / POSITION SCHEDULE REQUIRES OVERNIGHT TIMES BEGINNING AT 1AM.

Responsibilities Include:Follow Brand standards, recipes and systemsFollow food safety standardsPrepare food and beveragesUnderstand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotionsMaintain a clean and organized workstationClean equipment and guest areasUnderstands ordering, inventory and supplyMerchandising productCreative in decorating donutsUnderstands what are guest are looking for in our productClean dishesCommunicate effectively with managers and coworkersOrganize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areasEducation/Experience:Experience is not requiredKey CompetenciesWorks well with others in a fast-paced team environmentOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt to changeGuest focusedPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:Standing on feetRepetitive motion including bending, stooping and reachingLifting objects including boxes, ice and product up to 40lbs (if applicable)Working in a small space
