Your Key Responsibilities Ensures adherence to defined production standards, methods and guidelines. Oversees and manages all production operations to achieve agreed key performance indicators (KPIs), for assigned value stream/s. Ensures proper application of methods, guidelines and procedures to achieve KPIs. Contributes to or ensures fine-scheduling and sequencing of production orders. Confirms or approves production orders and allocates own operations resources accordingly. Ensures availability of production infrastructure (i.e., availability of tools, maintenance services, set up operations, etc.). Proposes procedural or organizational changes in order to contribute to improvements in Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD). Holds production team accountable for executing daily production plan to target. Promotes a self-sustaining continuous improvement environment - drive action plans and follow-up with cross-functional teams for on-time completion of actions. Maintains production systems, documentations, KPIs, as required. Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Production Engineering. 2+ years of experience in a leadership position.
