Tuve is the introduction plant for Volvo HD Trucks, where products meet industrial processes for the first time. We are transforming the plant into the future to meet the high ambition on sustainable solutions we have within the group! 

 

As a Leader within Maintenance, you will be leading a skilled team with different competences such as: automation, mechanic, electric, programming, IT and documentation. Within maintenance we strive to secure a high technical line availability in the plant. As an introduction plant we secure our full potential of new products, processes, equipment and technology. Together with the strategic outlook you will also ensure that our industrial process delivers on target.

 

You will inspire and lead an organization of around 26 employees. You will be part of the maintenance management team and contribute to a strategic development within the organization.

Main tasks Lead the maintenance team and secure a high technical line availability Foster a collaborative work environment and inspire a culture of innovation and excellence. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize performance and efficiency for the plant. Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and lean production initiatives. Removing organizational silos. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the plant
  Qualifications Proven leadership experience, preferably within production, engineering, or maintenance. Strong strategic thinking and planning skills. Expertise in lean production methodologies and continuous improvement practices. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and lead diverse teams. Demonstrated ability to lead by vision and inspire others. Technical interest and curiosity, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and advancements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.

 

It’s a great benefit if you have a well-established network within GTO (Group Trucks Operations).
