Production Operator

Location: Sumas, WA                     Type: Full Time

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE;

Adhering to safety policies, programs, proceduresInspecting raw material and finish products per quality specificationsConducting quality checks at regular intervalsOperating manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard work instructionsOperating counterbalance, propane-powered forkliftEntering waste, downtime data into systemAdditional duties as assigned

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

Minimum 2 years’ experience in heavy-industrial manufacturing or construction industry preferredMinimum 1 year of proven forklift operating experience preferredComfortable with standing for extended periods of timeManual dexterity and Attention to detailAbility to follow direction and specific instructionsGood communication skills; Fluent in English - Reading, Writing and SpeakingMust be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a routine basisMust be able to walk and/or stand 90% of the shiftMust be able to work at heights and in confined spaces
