**Job Title: Machine Operator Associate** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator Associate to join our team. This role involves operating unique production machinery and requires a strong willingness to learn. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate production machinery to manufacture silt fence products (training will be provided). + Load unfinished parts and unload completed components. + Conduct quality checks and accurately read a tape measure. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Adhere to safety procedures and policies at all times. + Work overtime as needed. **Requirements:** + Must have 6 months of recent experience in industrial machine operation. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to waist height (not a continuous requirement). + Must be capable of manual lifting, with no lifting above shoulder height. + A mechanical inclination and previous machine operator experience are preferred. + Strong work ethic with a professional and courteous attitude. + Effective communication skills for discussing work-related issues. **Schedule:** + Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM with a 1- hour unpaid lunch. **Compensation:** + Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour. **Additional Information:** + This is a temporary assignment with the intent to hire full-time after the initial period. + We value individuals who show commitment and are eager to learn and grow with our company.
