Hiring experienced Machine Operator/General Production Workers for a brand new facility in Pottstown, PA

We will be interviewing and hiring for 20 employees in January on 1st and 2nd shift for a manufacturer expanding and opening brand new facility in the Pottstown, PA area. Shift: 1st Shift - 5a-3:30 M-Th, or 2nd Shift - 3pm-1:30am M-Th

Description: Accurately set up machines and verify equipment readiness to start and complete the production cycle. Perform machine changeovers and roll changes as needed. Monitor raw material levels to ensure continuous machine operation, and make necessary adjustments. Perform quality checks and maintain accurate records. Assist in packing products and loading freezers/trucks as needed. Complete work order paperwork neatly and accurately.

Skills

Previous machine operating or general production experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Packaging experience preferred

Work Environment: Clean packaging environment with freezer stations at a brand new, state of the art facility in Pottstown, PA opening in the new year. 4 day work week for training (Monday-Thursday), with overtime available on Friday.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00
