**Production Machine Operator – Hands-On Manufacturing Role!**
Join a growing manufacturing team in **Lima, NY** as a **Production Machine Operator.** This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with machinery, quality control, and hands-on production work.
**Pay:** $16 – $18.40 per hour (based on shift)
**Shifts:**
+ **A Shift:** 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
+ **B Shift:** 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
+ **C Shift:** 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday–Thursday)
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
+ Set up, operate, and monitor collation machinery
+ Feed, load, and unload materials from equipment
+ Inspect products for quality and remove defective items
+ Assemble, label, and pack finished goods
+ Maintain accurate production logs and reports
+ Assist in maintaining a clean and organized facility
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements
**What You Bring to the Team:**
+ High School Diploma or GED (or currently working toward completion)
+ Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
+ Mechanically inclined with attention to detail
+ Team-oriented and excellent communication skills
