Responsibilities

Nurtures positive team spirit for strong relationships

Responsible for the productivity and quality control of vehicle repairs

Monitor and influence positive progress towards company goals while maintaining standards of performance, cycle time, and CSI

Hold production team accountable for quality of work to ensure a happy customer upon vehicle delivery

Work with team to conduct periodic and final quality checks on all vehicles/jobs within the shop

Assist the General Manager to ensure that the shop is maintained, clean and organized. Create resolutions where needed

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license

Legally authorized to work in the United States

Prior experience leading a team of collision technicians

Prior experience in a collision shop/collision production role
