Shift: Monday to Friday 1st shift This position will be directly responsible to ensure that all machines are running, and all processes are in control and running to standard at all times. Reports directly to the Plant Manager. What will you be doing?Plan, organized and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations which ensure the most effective return on assets.Initiate plans and processes that minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capitalAchieve business objectives and executes production schedules , while ensuring product standards that will exceed customer expectations. Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in production Volume.Create a work Environment that drives motivation, initiative engagement, and stresses accountability.
