Installed Building Products (IBP) is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our insulation and gutters division. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the production process, including scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the production of insulation and gutter materials, ensuring that all products meet quality standardsDevelop and implement production schedules to meet customer demandManage inventory levels and order materials as neededHire, train, and supervise production staffEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesCollaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth operationsMonitor production metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costsResolve any issues that arise during the production process in a timely manner
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in production management, preferably in the insulation or gutter industryStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of safety regulations and quality standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
