**Job Title: Production Manager** **Job Description** We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to execute the production schedule and meet customer demand. You will hire, train, and manage production supervisors and operators. You are responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and procedural standards are maintained while attaining cost targets. **Job Requirements** + 5 years of Food Manufacturing experience + 2 years of supervisory experience + Food manager certification, Sous Vide certification preferred + English fluency, Spanish preferred + Bachelor's Degree in food science, business, or related field preferred **Job Responsibilities** + Planning and scheduling production requirements + Communicating with purchasing and receiving departments + Reviewing production and completing work orders + Updating information systems and generating reports + Adjusting production schedules and communicating changes + Coordinating hiring and promoting with HR + Ensuring comprehensive employee training + Responding to production and quality issues **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
