Description Production Manager,ERP Solutions,Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Word,MRP ERP System,Networking,About Tim Company: King Jesus International Ministries (Mega Church) Role: Technical Production Manager (over the Production & Engineering) Reports to Media Manager Location: Miami – they have a second location in Plantation On-site: Flex days/hours, On-site and 40 hours a week. Sundays are a must Experience: Mid/Senior – 5 + years Any direct reports: Contractors, volunteers, 2 employees (1 to be hired still) Contract Length: 3-6 months, contract to hire Softwares: She needs to confirm with media team – at least Monday Bill Rate: $75-$80/hr Salary: $82-90K Global - King Jesus Ministries *Competition is in there. Insight Global (Quoted 25% but willing to give them a discount – waiting on #) and Ascendo (18%). Top 3 Qualities: Adaptability, ability to problem solve, attitude, emotional intelligence, work within several age groups. A lot of teams are in their early 20’s/30’s and senior management are 60’s, must be a Christian and agree with belief system. They want someone senior but moldable – not too senior where they can’t learn “their” process. This role will need to be able to read/understand engineering plans, put systems together and then maintain them. Understand lighting – cohesiveness of a space/equipment. Need to be willing/able to travel internationally. Will be over recordings throughout the week. If they leverage and train up volunteers well then it can lighten the work load on the role. They have several services, events, mission trips, and conferences. Example – they have gone to Ethiopia and given a field and have to pull it all together – need to understand visuals and audio that goes out to millions. At least once a year they do a 3 day event – it is easy to go over 40 hours. Structure: 3 buckets/teams Media, Marketing, Production & Engineering. Background on Role: They tend to hire from within. The guy who is leaving has been working with them for 20 years, since he was 15 and now starting own company. Still staying on as a contractor to help them with transition. He was making $82k.
