Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our clients food and beverage production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management within the food and beverage industry, with a focus on maintaining high quality standards, ensuring efficient production processes, and maximizing productivity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production systems and processes to ensure the efficient and timely production of food and beverage production Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes Manage production schedules and ensure that production targets are met within budgetary constraints Lead a team of production staff, providing coaching and support to ensure that staff are trained and motivated to meet production goals Coordinate with internal departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure that production processes run smoothly Oversee inventory management to maintain appropriate levels of raw materials and finished goods Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement measures to improve profitability Stay current on industry trends and technology to drive innovation in production processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within the food and beverage industry, with specific emphasis on beverages Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards Excellent leadership and communication skills Proven track record of managing production operations and meeting production targets Experience with inventory management and cost control Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements
