Job Description
The Production Manager will lead a team of 6 supervisors and 150 production associates. They will be responsible for day-to-day operations, quality, efficiencies, labor costs, plant safety, personnel, scheduling, sanitation, system issues, consumption, and yields. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with food manufacturing experience.

Work Environment
Shift: 3rd, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Monday-Friday). This is a climate-controlled food manufacturing facility with an average temperature of 60°F. Required personal protective equipment includes eye protection, ear protection, hair net, and safety shoes.

This is a Permanent position based out of Manchester, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
