We are looking for a dedicated Group Leader/Supervisor to oversee 5-10 operators and ensure our production department runs smoothly. You will be on the floor 100% of the time, directing and coordinating activities to process materials and manufacture products. The successful candidate will plan production operations, prepare operational schedules, ensure the quality of products meets specifications, and resolve operational issues. You will inspect machines and equipment for optimal performance and utilization, and develop or revise standard operational and working practices. Additionally, you will supervise and coordinate employees' activities, including training, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, and resolving problems.

This is a fully on-site position in Greenfield, Indiana. We have openings for the first shift (6:30am-3pm). We employ between 100-130 employees across three shifts in a modern facility with various departments, including production control, machining, finishing, and MRO.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.50/hr.
