Job Requirements Proven ability to manage and lead a team in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with CNC machines, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting (preferred) Experience in workflow optimization and production planning Knowledge of quality control processes and standards Understanding of safety regulations and compliance in a manufacturing setting Preferred Skills Experience supervising CNC machining operations Ability to analyze and improve production processes for efficiency Strong troubleshooting skills for CNC equipment and production issues Knowledge of inventory management and material flow Job Responsibilities Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met Manage and support a team of machinists and operators in daily tasks Monitor workflow efficiency and implement process improvements Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards Assist with CNC machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting as needed Coordinate with other departments to optimize production schedules and resource allocation

Pay Details: $36.00 to $45.00 per hour
