Competitive Pay: Based on experienceSchedule: 12-hour rotating night shifts (flexibility required for both day and night shifts)

What You'll Do as a Production Manager:

Lead and Motivate: Supervise and manage a team of 15-25 production employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Drive Results: Ensure daily production, quality, and safety goals are consistently met.Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and other departments to ensure smooth material and product flow.Develop Your Team: Provide coaching, counseling, and corrective action as needed to support employee growth and performance.Maintain Safety Standards: Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.Problem Solve: Identify and address production issues promptly and effectively.

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Proven Leadership: Experience in shift/production management within a manufacturing setting.Manufacturing Expertise: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including night shifts.Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve production issues efficiently.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
