We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Production Manager, based in Planta Alamedas (Casas Grandes, MEX).

 

YOUR TASKS WILL BE

Plan and manage production and quality goals. Achieve delivery and cost targets established by management. Implement production practices. Assess and deliver feedback on employee performance. Oversee the initiation of projects and manage engineering modifications. Convey, track, and adhere to business plan. Evaluate the requirements for human resources and equipment. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace atmosphere. Implement continuous improvement strategies. Exhibit exemplary leadership through strategic management practices. Ensure engagement and performance from central departments. Identify necessary technical skills and assess them in each team member. Interact with employees to assess and monitor the workplace environment. Ongoing training programs for operators Enforce Adherence to systems and practices established by central operations. Adhere to the designated quality standards for material handling. Adhere environmental, health and safety regulations. Ensure compliance with and enforcement of plant safety rules, ISO-14001, IATF16949/ISO9001, ISO45001, Clean Industry standards, and all legal regulatory requirements.

 

 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

Completed professional career Relevant experience in the current role. Experience in the automotive sector. Personnel management. Intermediate English level.
