Under the direction of the ERG Operations Director, directs the daily operations for production. Leads operations ensuring they are operating efficiently and safely, while ensuring all applicable regulatory requirements are met.
Champion a safety culture, ensure a safe work environment and cultivate safe behavior.
Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.
Develop and improve the knowledge and skills of immediate staff and hourly personnel; maintain training and development documentation.
Coordinates activities to establish production requirements to meet the production schedule.
Support and provide feedback to customer service, sales representatives and plant leaders on status of work orders.
Provide guidance and direction to shift leaders to ensure timely and efficient plant operations.
Interview employment candidates and authorize personnel hires. Authorize employment actions of plant personnel.
Lead APS (Altium Performance System – CI) activities for the plant.
Lead problem-solving and process improvement with the plant and customer to achieve resolution and elimination of product issues.
Audit facility for compliance with GMP standards and maintain plant in compliance with corporate quality and safety requirements.
Provide guidelines to ensure timely and efficient predictive and preventive maintenance of equipment and machinery.
Manage plant capacity model for all production lines.
Maintain plant budget and keeps leadership informed.
Other duties as assigned by Operations Director.

Minimum three years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Manufacturing Industry experience.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Attention to detail.
Ability to wear multiple hats and work in a multi-task environment.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
