Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is seeking qualified candidates for a Production Manager position.  This is a 1st shift position with an annual salary range of $65,000-$80,000.

Production Manager

Shift: 1st. 7am-4pm Monday through Friday
Salary: $65,000-$80,000 annually

Job Summary
The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations and drive efficiency, quality, and safety within our facilities. This role will lead a team of Production Supervisors and work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure production goals are met while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring targets for quality, safety, cost, and efficiency are met Lead, coach, and support Production Supervisors in managing their teams and resolving operational challenges Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive accountability for performance metrics Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to optimize workflow and minimize downtime Participate in workforce planning, hiring, training, and performance management for production staff Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address production issues Drive a culture of continuous improvement, using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and operational budgets to maximize efficiency Qualifications & Experience: 6+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role Strong background in production management, process improvement, and team leadership Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (preferred) Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and equipment maintenance in a manufacturing environment Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and production tracking software Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead and motivate teams Education Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred) OR equivalent experience Benefits 401(k) • 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Paid Holidays
