Position Summary We are seeking a Production Manager for a Beverage Manufacturing Company in Western North Carolina. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of leadership experience in a Food/Beverage manufacturing environment. A minimum of 2 years experience as a Production Manager and experience with aseptic machinery. 2 years experience in a high speed food or beverage manufacturing setting. Lean Sigma 6 experience. Job Duties Manage 5 Direct Reports  Manage Line Efficiencies over 3 lines. Hire and train new employees. Work with other managers to optimize production.
