Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strategic Production Leadership:
Lead and coordinate daily food production activities with a focus on efficiency and quality.
Ensure the timely execution of production schedules to meet demand.
Team Culture:
Supervise and motivate production staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team.
Conduct training sessions to enhance skills and maintain a skilled workforce.
Quality Control:
Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold product excellence.
Conduct regular inspections to guarantee adherence to food safety standards.
Operational Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvement to boost productivity.
Implement changes that enhance efficiency while maintaining product quality.
Resource Management:

Safety Compliance:
Enforce and promote a safety-first culture among production staff.

Budget Oversight:
Manage the production budget effectively, balancing cost considerations with operational needs.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Minimum Qualifications:
Three (3) or more years of leadership experience in a production environment.
Two (2) or more years working with Lean Manufacturing principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong production background – the ability to turn data into action.
Ability to manage and develop employees.
Ability to interface with regulatory agencies.
Strong skills Working knowledge of MS applications including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, - PowerPoint and ability to grasp additional business-related applications.
