How you will make contributions that matter

We're looking for a Production Manager to play a key leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operations, driving operational excellence, process and production efficiency as well as the implementation of strategic planning including production planning. You will work closely with the Factory Manager in setting the strategic framework for Bulk and will focus on driving the individual and the team operations accountable for its delivery and CI planning and ideas

This role is Monday to Friday based at our Cobram Operations in the Bulk Cheese business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations and strategic production planning.Ensure a safe, efficient, and quality-driven work environment.Collaborate with Supervisors and support teams to align with company values.Drive continuous improvement and operational accountability.

What You'll Do:

Champion Occupational Health and Safety initiatives.Maintain high standards of Good Manufacturing Practice.Manage budgetary requirements and optimize resource use.Report on performance and liaise with the Factory Manager.Lead a positive culture change and develop your team.

Skills & Experience:

Diploma in Business, Management, Food Science, Logistics, or Engineering preferred.5+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing.Strong leadership and communication skills.Knowledge of HACCP systems and manufacturing processes.
