Your role  

Responsible for production and distribution activities in terms of quality of products according to group standards, level of service expected by customers, costs according to validated budget

 

Main responsibilities:  

Applicate and respect all Group policies and local regulations within all dimensions (HR, CSR, EHS, Finance, Quality, …) Contribute to the definition of the budget, drive variable costs & report performance via standard BSC Implement the industrial roadmap, applicate, respect and control processes defined by the group according to Rx referential Contribute to the continuous improvement actions plan for better working conditions of teams, customer satisfaction improvement (quality & service) and costs optimization Contribute to the site's management system efficiency Manage, motivate & develop the skills of the teams

 

 

Main requirements: 

Master Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years experience in the production field,deploying an end-to-end approach to production processes, including 2 years minimum managing a team Experience in Lean Manufacturing Fluency in English is a must Soft skills required : organisational skills and responsiveness, strong ability to manage teams, rigour, interpersonal and negotiation skills, managerial courage, results orientation, leadership, ability to influence functions
