Our client is an electronic technologies manufacturer of printed circuit board assemblies and box box-build solutions with a global client base. We are seeking the talents of an experienced Production Manager to lead a team of 80 production members to success throughout two shifts.
... The Production Manager is responsible for the performance and leadership of all aspects of manufacturing. They will ensure their team is meeting or exceeding key targeted performance metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement. As a key individual on the management team, the Production Manager must have excellent communication and team-building skills including the ability to build trust, manage conflict, make commitments, be accountable to management and their peers, and be goal/results-oriented.

Direct Hire - Immediate needSalary: 90K-120K base - DOEComprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance and PTOSchedule: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday (occasional weekend)Located in Fort Atkinson, WI


Responsibilities:

Champion and deliver performance in production relative to key metrics; safety, quality, delivery, and costRecruit and retain production staff, production Leads, and support staff (Mfg. Engr, scheduling, etc.)Review and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problemsIdentify, implement, and improve processes to exceed our customers expectationsCoordinate with Customer Service Managers and others to develop production schedule/forecast and ensure the schedule is communicated and executed on the production floorProvide leadership in team building, operational excellence, and lean manufacturingDevelop, train, and mentor all direct reportsBuild deep cross-functional manufacturing teams capable of meeting changing customer demands


Skills:

Electronics environment experience preferred


Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent8+ years of manufacturing management experience
