The Precast Production InCharge, will have the following key roles and responsibilities: Supervise and manage the precast production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. Coordinate with the production team to optimize efficiency and productivity. Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery for precast production. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the production area. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure product quality and consistency. Identify and address any production-related issues or bottlenecks. Develop and implement improvement initiatives to enhance production processes. Generate production reports and analyze key performance indicators.

Minimum of 16 years of experience in the precast industry, with proven leadership in production management
