**Job Title: Production Mixer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Production Mixer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and mixing ingredients according to specific product instructions. This role requires attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to perform basic math calculations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lift at least 50 lbs (flour bags) and dump them into a mixing vat.
+ Read and follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for every product being produced daily.
+ Perform basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) to adjust ingredient quantities based on batch sizes.
+ Ensure all mixing tools are accounted for to prevent them from falling into the batter.
+ If assigned to mixing for PG1 (cake squares), be able to climb stairs and work on a 2nd story platform.
+ Use both dry and wet ingredients in the mixing process.
+ Load material into machines.
+ Maintain cleanliness in the work area.
+ Ensure accuracy in formulation to prevent loss of batches and finished goods due to miscalculation or contamination.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 6 months experience working in food handling, general production, or a warehouse setting.
+ Good understanding of basic math.
+ Ability to understand written instructions in English.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in machine operating or food handling.
+ Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
