Production Operations Supervisor

We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. **If you are a current associate of Primo Brands, please apply via myADP.** Compensation: Salary $80k to $90k Location: Phoenix, AZ 2nd/evening shift: starting at 12pm M-F some weekends may be required Responsibilities **Responsibilities** + This position is responsible for managing production, warehousing and loader associate activities as well as provide production line support. + Maintain high quality loading standards by ensuring accuracy, timeliness, organized inventory, and asset protection at optimal cost. + Efficiently manage the department by setting daily workload schedules and proactively collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of all products and requirements through effective communication and coordination. + Ensure the efficient operation of all phases of loading and check-in. + Maintain and inventory all parts, supplies and equipment used in all aspects of the position's responsibility. + Complete daily/period end cycle counts and maintain an accurate inventory. + Responsible for start-up, safe operation, change over, shut down and preventative maintenance of assigned production equipment; equipment may include, but not limited to, production line equipment, forklifts or other power equipment. + Verify accuracy of work (i.e. QA line checks, verification of load-in/load-out accuracy). + Provide general plant and facility clean up (5S). + Ensure plant and facility operations are in compliance with all governmental, safety and environmental regulations. + Report production activity and results daily/weekly/monthly to Production Manager and Leadership team. + Select, hire, and train associates to operate and maintain all equipment ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. + Must be flexible to work weekends as needed. Qualifications **Qualifications** + Passion for working safely. + BA/BS preferred with 3+ years of production and warehouse supervision experience, ideally in the food and beverage sector. + Experience and working knowledge of production equipment, scheduling and inventory control + Demonstrated ability to maintain forklift certification and certify the team you lead. + Excellent problem solving, analytical, teambuilding skills. + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to systematically analyze issues. + Develop and implement corrective actions that not only address but permanently eliminate recurring problems to enhance operational efficiency. + Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking. + Ability to understand and comply with all QA testing required of position + Computer proficient with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and database utilization. + The ability to learn and understand programs is a must. + Physically able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 66 lbs as needed, ensuring proper safety measures, and stand for long periods of time.
